Tiffany Eisenbraun
Behavioral Health Director, LIMHP
Tiffany is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in Lincoln, Nebraska. She received her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South Dakota State University.
Tiffany provides a non-judgmental space where she assists clients in finding their potential by focusing on their past successes to develop a positive self-concept and sense of self. She is passionate about using a collaborative approach with clients to empower them to create positive solutions and finding alternative ways to cope.
Melissa Reamer

Melissa is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in the State of Nebraska. She graduated from Wayne State College with a Master of Science in Education.
Melissa’s primary focus for treatment is Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has extensive knowledge in the field of Development Disabilities and has spent the last twenty years working directly with this population. Melissa has spent time as mental health case manager for the county as well as in a front line supervisory role for a group home which both lend to the development of a well-rounded understanding of the local supportive systems.

Shae prioritizes the therapeutic relationship by focusing on building trust through empathy and validation. She recognizes that relationships are an integral part of life. When relationships lack healthy interpersonal skills, she acknowledges that psychological distress will arise. Therefore, Shae utilizes the therapeutic environment to practice boundary-setting, role modeling, and exploring relational patterns.

Matthew (or Matt, if you'd rather save a syllable) is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Lincoln, Nebraska and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota. He earned his Master of Arts in Counseling & Psychological Services at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
